AIR 3100PM & 4200PM Outdoor AIR Dryer

The AIR 3100 PM and AIR 4200 PM are mounted in an aluminum cabinet which contains a thermostatically controlled ventilation fan and cabinet heater to maintain the environment inside the cabinet within the operating range of the air dryer. This feature allows the air dryer to be installed either indoors or outdoors and mounted on a pole, wall or pad. Superior performance and long life is attained by incorporating these design features:

 
  • High flow cooling fan to reduce heat build-up in the cabinet.
  • Reliable oil less compressor to assure oil-free air at all times.
  • Components are accessible from the front of the cabinet. The compressor and heatless dryer slide out for easy servicing. The front gauge panel door also swings out and is removable if needed.
  • All the cabinet mounting hardware is galvanized for protection against corrosion.
  • Solid-state timers offer longer and more reliable operation than mechanical versions.
  • Locking handle can accept padlock for added security.
