AIR 30000 Central Office Air Dryer

The AIR 30000 was designed for the telecommunications industry to use as an indoor central office system for continuous feed pressure cables, pipe systems and other systems that require dry air. The dryer utilizes refrigeration and heat reactivated desiccant drying for efficiency, long life and low cost. Less than 5% of the air compressor output is used for purge. Superior performance and long life is attained by incorporating these design features:

 
  • High flow cooling fan to reduce heat build-up in the compressor module
  • Reliable oil less compressors to assure oil-free air at all times.
  • Slide out compressor base design reduces the time to service and maintain compressors.
  • Reliable solid-state control boards handle all functions of the air dryer and reporting of alarms.
  • Automatic load adjustment senses the demand load and adjusts the dryer output to it.
  • Operates at lower 25 PSIG pressure, thereby reducing heat build-up and extending the life of the compressor components.
